This past week I've been playing two hours of night tennis everyday. I actually lost 3 kilo and am back down to my pre-holiday weight. Felt so good about it I went out and got new tennis shoes. I had this amazing chest opening thai massage and shared it with my class. Thai massage is base on yogic principles so it's fitting that thai massage and yoga can be infused together. Young Shou town in Guilin. China's version of our Krabi and Khao Dan Road when it was cool. The Chinese call this West Street, where the foreign 'big nose' farang hung out because of the great limestone rock climbing mountain surrounding this town. Highly recommend.
