Dinner with Pa Puk. Tengoku-Yaki, shellfish...I ate 6 of them and then he out did himself and went behind the counter of Pickles and made a panni corn beef with French mustard melt. #tengoku; -

My dad. Two weeks ago this 67-year-old dad of mine had back surgery. The doctor told him to slowly take it easy with exercise. Today was the first time he's back doing light weight. Go dad. ;

Three hours of tennis and I am exhausted. the best form of exercise. Such a mental and physical challenging game of smacking the ball on its sweet spot and making me focus. I am drench in sweat, my heart beating hard and feel good. Tennis anyone?; -
Young Shou town in Guilin. China's version of our Krabi and Khao Dan Road when it was cool. The Chinese call this West Street, where the foreign 'big nose' farang hung out because of the great limestone rock climbing mountain surrounding this town. Highly recommend. And yes, the toilet has gotten cleaner in China.; -

Couldn't find a ride to ThaPae Gate so I took the local public transport, Yes the red pickup truck🚖 taxi service that act more like a mini bus in this lovely town called Chiang Mai.; -

A work in progress...#lovetennis after more than 2 hours of this, I am going to be so sore in the morning, but I love the feeling. Nothing feels better than a good sweat.; -
After taping a TV show, the traffic was so bad that I got off at Sports City and knock some balls around . Always be prepared and have a tennis racket, tennis shoes and balls ready in a car. Hitting balls is better than waiting 2 hours in the car during rush hour in Bangkok.; -
