After taping a TV show, the traffic was so bad that I got off at Sports City and knock some balls around . Always be prepared and have a tennis racket, tennis shoes and balls ready in a car. Amazing salads. My second trip back to #chiwitthammada in Chiang Rai and I keep on ordering the salad. The rocket with balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing was good, but I love the CTD House Special with homemade lightly sweet and tangy sesame dressing poured over grilled mushrooms nuts, cereal and greens. The simple things in life like walking is a struggle for my mom. She need help with basis human need, and I am thankful that I have help. Our two helpers are from the hill tribe of Burma, they've been with me now for one month, and I am so thankful that these two girls are by my mom's side.
