At home today, my bro was so hungry that he was taking individual plastic wrap American version of 'cheese' and downing it like it was a snack. I couldn't understand why he wouldn't eat really cheddar (he was lazy to grate the cheese and make himself a salsa salad ) The prep time was small because I prepared my salad and salsa and stack them in the fridge. It was just a matter of assembling it. I love a good hardy tomato and onion, chips and cheddar in my salad. I even heated the dish in the microwave with the chips and cheddar and then pour the salsa on top. Last night I actually gain 2kilo from drinking that Rosè Beer. I came home from playing tennis and my two 18-year-old hill tribe maids are studying. Bee is studying her Thai alphabets and Ann on the right is studying her ABC. Being very bendy was easy for P'Kae, the hard part was finding the balance. Keeping her balance invoked engaging her core and pushing up and away from her base. This took all her energy that sweat was running down her face and arms and made her very slippery. Mom requested a BLT. My bro is gluten intolerance, so I prepared a BLT salad. I find it funny that mom has been requesting 'American food' since living in Thailand.
