This past week I've been playing two hours of night tennis everyday. I actually lost 3 kilo and am back down to my pre-holiday weight. Felt so good about it I went out and got new tennis shoes. Love sweating and being in the flow. This is my energy high and I'm loving it. #lovetennis #strongisthenewskinny; -

I had this amazing chest opening thai massage and shared it with my class. Thai massage is base on yogic principles so it's fitting that thai massage and yoga can be infused together. Try doing it with a friend. It really realign my arm joint and open my chest. The base person should pull back to give a deeper stretch. #yogabypop;

My dad. Two weeks ago this 67-year-old dad of mine had back surgery. The doctor told him to slowly take it easy with exercise. Today was the first time he's back doing light weight. Go dad. ;

Three hours of tennis and I am exhausted. the best form of exercise. Such a mental and physical challenging game of smacking the ball on its sweet spot and making me focus. I am drench in sweat, my heart beating hard and feel good. Tennis anyone?; -
Young Shou town in Guilin. China's version of our Krabi and Khao Dan Road when it was cool. The Chinese call this West Street, where the foreign 'big nose' farang hung out because of the great limestone rock climbing mountain surrounding this town. Highly recommend. And yes, the toilet has gotten cleaner in China.; -
