Being very bendy was easy for P'Kae, the hard part was finding the balance. Keeping her balance invoked engaging her core and pushing up and away from her base. This took all her energy that sweat was running down her face and arms and made her very slippery. Mom requested a BLT. My bro is gluten intolerance, so I prepared a BLT salad. I find it funny that mom has been requesting 'American food' since living in Thailand. When she was living in the U.S. for the past 40 years, she always ate rice and namprik. Now that she's here she just wants farang food. My mom's two new helper. Anne and Bee are two 18-year-old girls from the hill tribe who came in after our house was without a helper for almost a month. I feel extremely blessed I've finally found someone who can help me look after the house and my mom and Latte, the dog. Today mom felt she was useful, she taught Bee to read the Thai alphabet today. That smile on mom's face was priceless. ️; -
