May #ACROVINYASA challenge Day 3: #Salabhasana (#LocustPose) For today's challenge, we are learning to engage our back body, all while keeping our core engaged and centered. Locust is a great prep for Day 4's Bird pose! We love this pose because it is s great back strengthener and an amazing heart opener. May #ACROVINYASA challenge Day 2: #FrontPlank For today's part of the challenge, we are taking our solo plank from yesterday and now using the helping feet and hands of a friend to hold us up We love this pose because it is the "gateway" to many amazing #AcroYoga poses. As you can see here, kids are amazing flyers. Here is #BabySyd getting his flight time while filming the his first #huggies commercial at 6 months. Syd is doing his best with his momma! May challenge Day 1: Plank Pose (Kumbhakasana) We love this pose and use it in our trainings and workshops as a foundational pose for handstand! YOGA FROM EARTH TO AIR IN MAY? As we move into the final days of our #Hollowback challenge, we are super excited to join the fun of the daily #ACROVINYASA challenge starting May 1st! Over the next 3 months, we will guide you through the entire Level 1 Flow consisting of 90 postures.
