YOGA FROM EARTH TO AIR IN MAY? As we move into the final days of our #Hollowback challenge, we are super excited to join the fun of the daily #ACROVINYASA challenge starting May 1st! Over the next 3 months, we will guide you through the entire Level 1 Flow consisting of 90 postures. Each day, @ACROVINYASA will post a tutorial for a yoga pose (earth asana) followed by its equivalent acro pose (air asana) the next day. Can't wait to inspire you to get on your mat and progressively guide you through this powerful and playful practice. Challenge #5 : Feel the Balance! --------------------------------------------- This exercise will help you feel the balance in your forearm hollow back. Next to a wall, kick up! Bring your thighs and your feet together, and slowly bend both knees towards your chest. Try to rise up on your toes as you work on your balance! Many of you know how challenging it is stay in sync with your partner through all of the whirlwinds of life. I've always prioritized my kids before my hubby. Although im beginning to realize how important it is to work on staying connected, it is still a struggle to get it all done! One way Dice and I have used successfully is to practice 'synchronized Yoga'. We will setup really close to one another and take turns talking each other through a flow. Sometimes we even come up with cool ideas for our classes but most importantly it keeps us completely present with one another.
