@bryceyoga : Challenge #3 : Turbo Dog Forearm Balance! --------------------------------------------- For the third day of the Hollow Back Challenge, we’re going to show you how to strengthen your upper back muscles necessary for hollow back poses! You’ll need a block for this pose. Start off in tabletop on your forearms. Lift the forearms up simultaneously while hugging the block, and move into Downward Dog . Move back and forth between Dolphin and Downward Dog to train your back muscles! Today we’re giving away a pair of Aura Leggings by @loveZuvi, a Bryce Yoga DVD by Absolute Yoga Academy (that’s us!), and a Lane Sprint Jacket by @coryvines.
