This pose is called “puppy dog”, its an exercise that will help you prep for your forearm hollow back. Mackenzie ( @mackenzieyoga ) and I will show you how its done. One of the best ways to learn new movements is in a class-like structure, and that's exactly how I designed this plan. In order to build a solid base to grow your handstand practice, it’s imperative to work on the foundations and basic elements, so we will spend the beginning of this series developing hand and shoulder alignment and getting your core, hips and pelvis to work in unison. Once you’re ready, the plan progresses on to transitions where we will focus our attention on inversions and 30-40 minute practice flows.
