It's comical that the first thing that came to mind when I glanced at this photo is my breastfeeding experience. Ive become so attached to the bonding time breastfeeding offers that our 'weaning' plans over the last few months have felt gut wrenching. Today I woke up to find that my body has decided to stop producing milk. I cried and went through the variety of emotions like anger, resentment, and sadness. But as I drove my eldest to school I realized that the only thing that is constant in life is that EVERYTHING CHANGES and the best we can do is be present and appreciate the beauty around us in every tiny moment. Thank you @tizianolugli for reminding me that inner beauty shines through. Us women are so hard on ourselves! #inspirationgeneration;
