As husband and wife, leaning on each other helps us manage a pretty hectic lifestyle. And when we teach together, we are both so happy to be able to play off of one another! After teaching all over the world for 3+ years...we finally have our home studio, Black Dog Yoga where we will be teaching atleast once a month! It's comical that the first thing that came to mind when I glanced at this photo is my breastfeeding experience. Ive become so attached to the bonding time breastfeeding offers that our 'weaning' plans over the last few months have felt gut wrenching. Today I woke up to find that my body has decided to stop producing milk. I cried and went through the variety of emotions like anger, resentment, and sadness. But as I drove my eldest to school I realized that the only thing that is constant in life is that EVERYTHING CHANGES and the best we can do is be present and appreciate the beauty around us in every tiny moment. Thank you @tizianolugli for reminding me that inner beauty shines through. Us women are so hard on ourselves! #inspirationgeneration; -

HOME is our favorite place on earth (this was taken right out front!) That said, we love being able to travel, meet new people, and experience new places. Kids live in the present moment unconsciously and without abandon. As adults we log countless encounters learning to "defend" ourselves from the world and those around us. Practices like #AcroYoga and #partneryoga ask us to learn to trust again. I'm so lucky I can call this beautiful, talented and smart little woman my daughter. Taylor lives in the moment at all times, and for this, your mom and I thank you so much kiddo!
