At the closing of every class/workshop/training we teach, we sit quietly together, reflecting on how grateful we are for the yoga practice. 2014 was filled with these still moments (no less than 50)! I always take a peak at everyone's face as they meditate and I try to take a mental snap shot of the serenity showing on their faces. We departed LAX for our last trip of the year, sick as dogs. Our amazing host, @dennicens has gone above and beyond to make our time here amazing. On our day off she took us on her 'yacht' to this beautiful island. Wow...what an incredible early Xmas gift and the perfect way to close 2014.
