Challenge Day 4 - Yoga vs. Gymnast Handstand ---------------------------------- We hope everyone enjoyed yesterday’s pose, we’re so happy to see so many of you engaged in this challenge! There are two ways to do this one: draw the shoulder blades down and forearms in to try the yoga handstand, or lock out your shoulders and maintain a more hollow posture if you want to go for the gymnastics handstand.
