I started practicing yoga to get better at self-care. After all, you have to learn to love yourself before you can share your love with others in a healthy way. As Dharma Bums reaches its first anniversary we want to celebrate and share the Dharma Love with a 12 day challenge. The challenge will start on the 1st December and end 12th December. We have 5 great hosts. @amylandry @kathy0805 @elinorecohen @BRYCEYOGA @MISO_HEALTHY @_carlotta_castangia Each day they will post an asana and share the dharma love by dedicating the asana to those on your life that inspires your practice or makes it possible. We will be giving away a prize every day, so 12 LUCKY WINNERS. The winners will be chosen by the host at the end of the day and will be announced at the end of the challenge.
