Challenge Day 4 - Yoga vs. Gymnast Handstand ---------------------------------- We hope everyone enjoyed yesterday’s pose, we’re so happy to see so many of you engaged in this challenge! For today’s pose, you’ll need to have your balance in check. There are two ways to do this one: draw the shoulder blades down and forearms in to try the yoga handstand, or lock out your shoulders and maintain a more hollow posture if you want to go for the gymnastics handstand. I started practicing yoga to get better at self-care. After all, you have to learn to love yourself before you can share your love with others in a healthy way.
