As Dharma Bums reaches its first anniversary we want to celebrate and share the Dharma Love with a 12 day challenge. The challenge will start on the 1st December and end 12th December. We have 5 great hosts. @amylandry @kathy0805 @elinorecohen @BRYCEYOGA @MISO_HEALTHY @_carlotta_castangia Each day they will post an asana and share the dharma love by dedicating the asana to those on your life that inspires your practice or makes it possible. We will be giving away a prize every day, so 12 LUCKY WINNERS. The winners will be chosen by the host at the end of the day and will be announced at the end of the challenge. This challenge is open internationally. To qualify you will need to do your version of the pose. Please modify and make the pose is safe for you. We need to extend the dharma love to our own bodies. We are not looking for prefect poses, just you own interpretation that works for you. And tell us who you are dedicating the pose to and why. Tag the person if possible. I'm always appreciative when our yogi friends help us promote. We are so bad at making flyers and promoting things. Not to mention the weirdness revolving around self promotion in the yoga world...I personally know a number of LA yogis who look down on us Instagramers...but, no one has the right to judge. I respect where they are coming from but personally just happen to like connecting with all of you other yogis in the insta dimension. Nonetheless, we've dragged our kids around the world and worked our butts off doing what we love. So, thank you to all who continue to support us and believe in us. You are the reason why we are blessed with the opportunity to share our passion for yoga. To call it a 'World Tour' makes dice cringe and me feel like Beyoncé but,when I look at our schedule, I guess it is a world tour. Should I change my name to Bryonce? Next stops Hong Kong and beautiful PANAMA! Join us at YOGA ELEMENT, Dec 18-21.
