Amazing salads. My second trip back to #chiwitthammada in Chiang Rai and I keep on ordering the salad. The rocket with balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing was good, but I love the CTD House Special with homemade lightly sweet and tangy sesame dressing poured over grilled mushrooms nuts, cereal and greens. Highly recommend. #salads #eatclean; -
My dad likes to tell me that the older you get, the more discipline you have to be...be aware what you put in your body and be consistent in taking it out. The older I've become, the more I appreciate my dad's word of wisdom. #bestronginmindandbody; -
The simple things in life like walking is a struggle for my mom. She need help with basis human need, and I am thankful that I have help. Our two helpers are from the hill tribe of Burma, they've been with me now for one month, and I am so thankful that these two girls are by my mom's side. Even though my mom does not see that we are blessed, I can, and that is what gets me through the day #beblessed #graditute;

Playing tennis with boys. Today was the first time I've been on the court for such a long time. Played and sweat for two hours and now with all my endorphins flooding my brain, sweat running down my back and forehead, I am on such a physical and mental high. Thanks boys, you've made my day. ;

Been back from Chiang Mai for three days and realize I didn't pick up this month copy #dontmagazine. Save me a copy @riskyriksh . My face in Bangkok billboard. A taxi driver who picked me up said I look better on the screen than in person. 'Tum mai do dum?' Translation, why are you so dark? Good lighting and honey tan skin isn't 'dum', let's just call it being 'tan' and proud of it.; -

Winter weather has finally arrived in Bangkok this morning. Mom, who lived in freezing Michigan for 30+years, use complain about the hot muggy weather. Today was the first day she said she felt like it was autumn...okay not winter like Michigan, but cold enough for blanket. Love the weather this time of year. Maybe it might last a whole week.; -

Happy Children's Day. Never heard of this day in the U.S, but here in Thailand, the country that believe there's a reason for a National Holiday for every Man, Woman and Child...every day should be a Holiday. so go have fun and be a kid again, and if you don't have a kid, borrow one and be a kid at heart. ;
