About once or twice a year I get to see the whole gang together. Dad lives in Trang and just came up to Bangkok. Today we went for a family fest of fresh crab and my favorite seafood sauce for dipping. Days like this it's nice to part if this gang I call my family.; -
A simple down dog. I'm about to demonstrate climbing on the wall. After Kru Moo's workshop of handstand in Chiang Mai, I came back to bangkok to share more handstand in class. But before lifting off, it's important to get the basic right. Down Dog is the foundation of a handstand, so get the basic first, hands shoulder width apart, hands spread out and press fingers to the floor, so there won't be too much pressure to wrists. Tailbone up and heels down. Get the basic before liftoff. #yogabypop; -
So true, and I can sense this as I've gotten older. As much as I enjoy the energy of my youth, I enjoy the calmness of my old(er) age. Everything in life is about balance... Finding that balance mentally and physically is peaceful and still... I feel that is where wisdom grows.; -
Last workout before heading back to bangkok. Thank you Tun for the training. Time to firm up those flabby arms and wake up some muscles.; -
My last indulgence...taco! grilled chicken, salsa, avocado, lettuce, jalapeño, cheddar cheese all in a crunchy corn toasted shell. Loved every crispy creamy bite😛;

The boys at the gym. Tun ( left top corner) is a professional bodybuilder, Champ is a trainer and yoga teacher and and Bank (right corner) is a model. Their energy and commitment is inspiring. Will take that with me when I have to return back to bkk tomorrow. ; -
Today is arm day. After the last week of food indulgence it's time to burn it all out. Keeping it clean and making it lean. ; -
Goat cheese, blue cheese... I ️ them with condiments of honey comb, apricot jam, slice almonds or fresh crunchy grapes and washed down with red wine. My cheat week of indulging my taste buds.; -
Handstand workshop by Kru Moo. Handstand is just an extension of a downward dog. Hands hip distance apart, press down and push up... Kru Moo said it took him 2 years to perfect it, I'm still trying to get it right. Keep practicing.; -
My Saturday night dinner date. @luangphabangcafe @torlarp_hern . Having sweets at Hern's design, The Artel Hotel, Niman Soi 13.;

Ying Yang Yoga Workshop with Kru Lek teaching and Kru Ann demonstrating. Thank you Kru Lek for the 3-hour training. I learned so much about surrendering and letting go instead of forcing an opening. Will take this knowledge and share with my class in Bangkok. ️; -
Snow fish with fried basil, whole grain rice and scallop. My dinner with @chiangmaimarisa at Khun Lek's house; -
This 100-year-old tree on Khun Tan's 'Think Park' corner of Nimanheamin Road reside on one of the most expensive properly in Chiang Mai. Most developers would have cut it down and build a condo since it's sitting right in the center of his land. thank you Khun Tan for saving this tree and allowing to live and flourish and provide shade and beauty to your customers may more beautiful trees be saved during this crazy time of capitalism and so called development.; -
Sinful indulgence. My favorite at local cafe, the watermelon pie. Homemade crispy biscuit sandwich with whip cream watermelon and garnish with strawberry and roasted watermelon seeds. 😛 crispy, creamy and melon crunch in lightness.; -
