Sinful indulgence. My favorite at local cafe, the watermelon pie. Homemade crispy biscuit sandwich with whip cream watermelon and garnish with strawberry and roasted watermelon seeds. 😛 crispy, creamy and melon crunch in lightness.; -

I can fly. This is only the second time I've tried this air gymnastic. There is core work and a lot of stretching, but I am not sure if I want to call this yoga. But then again everything in trend that involve stretching is called yoga now a days. The jury is still deciding in my head if I want to continue this...; -

Dutch @dadutch first time. With her chest on the floor, hands spread flat under her knees and legs spread out, I slowly move her leg closer to her shoulder and lift her up. tie her up in a bow with her head above her head, Dutch did this on her first try. #yogabypop; -
Go green! Green apple, celery, balsam pear, Kale, Papaya, sweet pepper and a twist of lime. It taste refreshingly good.; -

A great way to start a day. Find your balance, align your neck, back and butt into a straight line and lock your core and lift off. learn to fall with your neck and back rolled in and there will be no fear of injury. Then keep on practicing like riding a bicycle, once you get it, you always will. ;
