Khun Kay is just naturally flexible. She was able to do this from her first attempt. It's not about being able to do it, it's about conquering your fear and surrendering to your ability mentally and physically. She has inspired our class what a woman in her late 40s can do. Be inspired.; -

Our amazing brunch after yoga class, first time we fit 12 students to one table and manage to eat everything shown here. No need to ask why we actually gain weight rather than loose weight after doing yoga. Input is way more than output of energy.; -
