Lunch with my yoga class. Mom is so happy to be eating crab stir fried in yellow curry, gang som soup, fried fish and vegetable stir fried. Today we filled my table with 9 students and mom. After lunch, mom asked,'what are you cooking tomorrow?' @pung_palarat . Pung all sweaty from class and being in the kitchen said Thursday is her day off. 😬; -
Carrot and Latté. While juicing this morning, I gave Latté a piece of carrot, he likes it better than apple. Great way for him to clean his teeth and get his beta caratin too.; -
California maki lunch for today with my yoga class. It disappeared in a NY second.; -
Sunday morning challenge. A really great opening for the shoulder, lower back and hips. The Spine is always the main focus, be it backbend, forward bend, right twist, left twist. Keep the spine agile and open and you will feel balance and youthful. ;

After yoga class, we went to pick fresh organic vegetables and had a huge suki pot party. We're going healthy inside and out. ; -

Got a lot of question asking if children can do yoga, answer, they are naturally more flexible then us grown ups. This is 8-years-old Emmy and New showing us grown ups how easy it is for them.;

Technic of a headstand. Get ready with elbows aligned and place middle of head to the ground. Make sure neck is straight, lift knees up and fold leg into chest, use your core to balance and push up. Tadaaa! #yogabypop; -
After class, @pung_palarat cooked us a home cooked meal with southern curry, stir-fried broccoli, mushroom soup and omelette...all 9 of us ate it all with whole-grain brown rice. Thank you Pung, great way to end our yoga class today. ;
