Right after yoga class, I got a personal invitation to Playboy 60th Anniversary Party. My definition of brave is to take a photo with these bunnies when I wasn't dress up, no makeup, no heels...so I made my own bunny ears. #playboythailand #playboyparty; -

Our amazing brunch after yoga class, first time we fit 12 students to one table and manage to eat everything shown here. No need to ask why we actually gain weight rather than loose weight after doing yoga. Input is way more than output of energy.; -

Lunch with my yoga class. Mom is so happy to be eating crab stir fried in yellow curry, gang som soup, fried fish and vegetable stir fried. Today we filled my table with 9 students and mom. After lunch, mom asked,'what are you cooking tomorrow?' @pung_palarat . Pung all sweaty from class and being in the kitchen said Thursday is her day off. 😬;

Carrot and Latté. While juicing this morning, I gave Latté a piece of carrot, he likes it better than apple. Great way for him to clean his teeth and get his beta caratin too.; -
California maki lunch for today with my yoga class. It disappeared in a NY second.; -
Sunday morning challenge. A really great opening for the shoulder, lower back and hips. The Spine is always the main focus, be it backbend, forward bend, right twist, left twist. Keep the spine agile and open and you will feel balance and youthful. ; -

After yoga class, we went to pick fresh organic vegetables and had a huge suki pot party. We're going healthy inside and out. ;
