@bryceyoga : Day 7 of #FitFlowChallenge is a Get-Up. This exercise requires a good amount of flexibility and core strength. It’s important to modify if needed - you don’t have to go all the way to the ground. Instead you can sit down onto a coffee table, exercise box, or bosu ball. To get back up if you start with the feet wider than your hips you can use a little bit of momentum and shifting your center of gravity forward by reaching your arms forward.
