@bryceyoga : Day 4 of #FitFlowChallenge is one of my favorite upper back openers and shoulder stretches, Puppy Dog pose or Anahatasana. This can be performed up on blocks for a deeper stretch (check out @mackenzieyoga 's page for this variation). Don't sacrifice the health of your shoulders for the depth of the pose though. Find a healthy balance between spreading your shoulder blades and hugging your forearms as you drop your chest. Oh, and don't forgot to lift your navel to protect your low back.
