When I first started practicing Yoga, it was mainly about me. My well being, my self care, a solo practice. But Yoga is so much more to me now. It is far beyond a physical practice, it is a way of life that reminds me to stay present, be kind, be compassionate, and to always share the love that the practice builds in my heart with my loved ones.
