I try to write a gratitude list every day (sometimes it's a mental one) and my husband is always on the top of that list. Aside from all of the amazing things he does for our family, I am so grateful that he is constantly sharing his passion for yoga and movement with me. We were recently enlightened by the 'acrobatic handstand' and have had a blast learning and teaching some new alignment points for the shoulder girdle. Can't wait to share them with you this Saturday 9/12 10.30am-12.30pm at @blackdogyoga. #yoganerds Ps...the incredible @kevinparismusic will be playing for us too!! ️ Huge thanks to @acroeddie and @laurasykora for our awesome canes. @robertsturman Gear @spiritualgangster;
