I'm trying to go 90 days without complaining so focusing on things that make me happy is key. One of my favorites teachers, Carlos Pomeda says, "Pessimistic people suffer twice. Be optimistic and, if you don't get what you want, at least you only suffer once!" Barefoot is still the best but I do love these candy colored shoes. Bright colors make me happy! Our 3rd annual 200hr in Koh Samui, Thailand is coming to an end in the next few days. We are so thankful to all of the yogis who have spent the past 26 days sweating, learning, and transforming with us. We have all gotten so close. Close enough to share laughter, tears, and even farts in the yoga room! Obviously, it wasn't me ️ The end of something is always the beginning of something else so, although we are sad and will be missing everyone, especially @theemptybucket and Jackie, we are super excited for @IGgetaway in LA this August!!; -

Day 3 #InspirationGenerationChallenge Happy Baby pose can be yummy for most of us yet yogis. Day 2 #InspirationGenerationChallenge I only started flying Dice 2 years ago and never thought I would be able to. Frankly, I like basing more than flying but I don't think he feels the same It can be scary when your base is smaller than you, and a bit wobbly, but it feels good to know that he trusts me and we continue to build upon that in our personal and Acro relationship.
