On Mother's Day we celebrate our moms but, since I became a mama almost 11 years ago, I also celebrate BEING A MOM! Locust is a great prep for Day 4's Bird pose! We love this pose because it is s great back strengthener and an amazing heart opener. May #ACROVINYASA challenge Day 2: #FrontPlank For today's part of the challenge, we are taking our solo plank from yesterday and now using the helping feet and hands of a friend to hold us up We love this pose because it is the "gateway" to many amazing #AcroYoga poses. As you can see here, kids are amazing flyers. Here is #BabySyd getting his flight time while filming the his first #huggies commercial at 6 months. Syd is doing his best with his momma!
