This is Latté's. This little guy at 10-months has become the Little Prince in my house. His biggest joy is to go for his daily run at least twice a day, 6am and 5 pm. He even knocks on my bedroom exactly at 6 am to take him out. Who know dogs can tell time so preciously.; -

My birthday party with the family. @nampung_natrika . Mom choose the menu and she wanted pizza. We a ordered in and we had barbecue chicken, spinach and cheese and a pizza supreme. Diet tomorrow, one deserves a treat on a birthday with the family. ;

Pet pig named...no, not pork-chop or bacon but actually Barbie. She's four months now and will double in size. I'm year of the pig decided we needed to do a pig face together. 😛 Before Barbie gets big.; -
Accepting the embracing this moment is the only way to be Happy. My wish to myself, live a balance life with gratitude, strive to be strong, forgive and let go what I cannot change. Build a new yoga studio/home on the lake by next year, finally learn to serve a spin , dance more, laugh more, and make healthy smoothies for my class with my new blender . My evening yoga class threw me a surprise pre-birthday party I was so deeply touched. Ten minutes before the end of yoga class, they all got up and left, i was wondering why there was an anarchy. They came back with food, wine and a pink raspberry cream birthday cake I was so touched with the outpour of love and thoughtfulness. The homemade seafood sauce with clams, salmon salad, and punch was such a sweet gesture. This was the best birthday surprise. Thank you to all my yoga girls. #yogabypop;

Our rainy day yoga inside my house. The girls got daring and wanted to show off their slender waistline and their new sports bra. The beauty of these tops is that they are only a few hundred baht bought in our neighborhood weekend market. Loving it. Great figure, great price and great fun to share. About once or twice a year I get to see the whole gang together. Dad lives in Trang and just came up to Bangkok. Today we went for a family fest of fresh crab and my favorite seafood sauce for dipping. Days like this it's nice to part if this gang I call my family.; -
A simple down dog. I'm about to demonstrate climbing on the wall. After Kru Moo's workshop of handstand in Chiang Mai, I came back to bangkok to share more handstand in class. But before lifting off, it's important to get the basic right. Down Dog is the foundation of a handstand, so get the basic first, hands shoulder width apart, hands spread out and press fingers to the floor, so there won't be too much pressure to wrists. Tailbone up and heels down. Get the basic before liftoff. #yogabypop; -
So true, and I can sense this as I've gotten older. As much as I enjoy the energy of my youth, I enjoy the calmness of my old(er) age. Everything in life is about balance... Finding that balance mentally and physically is peaceful and still... I feel that is where wisdom grows.;
