Better than flowers, fresh salad as a gift from a dear friend. Just made a yummy balsamic dressing, added goat cheese and cranberries and this amazing clean and tasty.; -

Our King is a very handsome and intelligent man. The longest reigning monarch who is deeply loved and respected in Thailand. Today is a national holiday to celebrate his reign. We are blessed to have such a man as our King. ; -
My favorite vegetable ever! I ️kale. In the U.S. these baby cost more than steak and to me taste a whole lot better. So simple to prepare too, steamed in oyster sauce and sprinkled with garlic, I can eat this everyday.; -
Had this for three days in a row, after a workout and lost almost 2 kilo of fat. The trick is not to consume huge carbs, a whole wheat Pita slice did the trick.; -
Made a wrap in 2 minutes. With whole wheat pita, hummus spread, veggies, cherry tomatoes, goat cheese, salmon and a spicy dressing. Healthy and yummy.; -
My piccolo latté for the day. Today was so hot, peaking at 39C, thank goodness for AC at @postcoffee or I wouldn't be able to take in a hot cuppa.;

Nutritious and dilicious, Jasberry rice salad. Make a dressing of olive oil, sesame oil, balsamic vinegar, squeeze fresh lime juice and add finely slice shallot, bell peppers, green onion and Jasberry rice with freshly toasted cashew. Can be refrigerated for up to a week. #jasberryrice; -
TV crew in my kitchen. Showing them how I prepare a simple, healthy and yummy meal. We did a Jasberry rice salad.; -
this was my amazing meal of the day. Meang PlaTu. What makes this so great was the fresh greens and fish...but the star of this meal was in the sauce: peppers by the handful, garlic, roasted peanuts, cilantro, vinegar and lots of lime juice in a blender. Take a piece of lettuce, make a bed of greens, add fish and sauce like a taco wrap and eat. So good and healthy.; -
Today is suppose to be the hottest day in Thailand, peaking at 41C. The only reason Kid and I are laughing is A.) we are in a very cool AC restaurant B.) prechilled cold German beer. Tomorrow Kid is leaving for the Montreal Jazz Festival, so today I am cheating on my diet for the week to send him off. ️ stay cool this Sunday.; -
