My idol and trainer P'Nui. Look at her 55-year-old body and I am in awe. Commitment and willpower earn her that incredible biceps and tricep. Aim for burning flabby arms and slowly building muscles every other day.; -
My dress up for a Spanish-theme wedding last night. Thanks for the flowers my lovely students. thanks for the shawl @chiangmaimarisa. I truly get by with a little help from my friends.; -

Sometimes Pla-la and Tom Yum soup...my favorite dishes ever. Thai food is the tastiest and actually very healthy too. I was told by my trainer today to not eat breakfast before my workout. I was shocked...all my life mom instilled in me that breakfast was the most important meal of the day. She also told me to eat a late supper and only take in no more than 50 gram of carbs (that's like two toast or one heaping spoonful of rice). why? To loose fat and kickstart my metabolism while working out in the morning, don't have anything but water or coffee with no sugar in the morning. After workout eat and feed my body with clean fresh vegetable and protein...so here I am reprogramming my brain and body. Let's see what happens...; -
Squats...it's the only way to burn thigh fat and saggy butt that almost all women have. I got a mentor in the gym who kept telling me to go down deeper, lean into the bar to keep my back straight and most important - engage my core (suck my belly in), to save my back and strengthen my abs. To see results, she said, Do 5 sets (10X per set) 3 days a week... Today is my first day, and I'm committed to this.; -
Last night I drank two glasses of wine and way too much cashew nuts, today I ran until my face turn red, got 314 calories burn, that's like just two glasses of red wine. Gotta reboot and kick start my metabolism if I'm going to eat a late dinner. 😛; -
The Mask. The best wealth is a great health...and that radiates best in our face. Soft smooth skin comes from eating and drinking well and sleeping and exercising often...I personally don't have a beauty regime, cleansing for me is a quick 3-minute wash and go. But today since I went to get the car wash, I decided to give myself a deep facial wash too. Feels so clean afterward I'm not going to wear makeup...just sunblock. Never forget the sunblock.; -
Not just a yoga class, also a mini fashion show. Ple and Kay brought their own dress for me to try for the wedding I'm attending. Pung, to my right, said I look a ladyboy...actually ladyboy look better than me, that's why I'm laughing so hard.;

The wedding invitation theme said, 'Festive Spanish'. I know I'm not suppose to wear black to a wedding, but I figure if I throw some velvet red rose in my hair and some festive jewelry on, I may pull it off.; -
A shoulder inversion that allows blood flow down to the head, therapeutic for the neck, hips, core and shoulder, we end it with a counter pose flying-fish. An amazing stretch to really get your blood flowing and muscles open before Savasana.; -
Today after yoga, Kay prepared a huge meal of kow kook kapi, it was amazingly good. next class is Thursday at 9:30am, come sweat and laugh and join our fun.; -
OMG...I can't believe I actually picked her up and swung her like a swing. 50 kg on my right was easy...the almost 80 kg on my left was the challenge. ; -
What a beautiful door...I walk into the other side and it green and light.;
