@pop_areeya : Sometimes Pla-la and Tom Yum soup...my favorite dishes ever. Thai food is the tastiest and actually very healthy too. I was told by my trainer today to not eat breakfast before my workout. I was shocked...all my life mom instilled in me that breakfast was the most important meal of the day. She also told me to eat a late supper and only take in no more than 50 gram of carbs (that's like two toast or one heaping spoonful of rice). why? To loose fat and kickstart my metabolism while working out in the morning, don't have anything but water or coffee with no sugar in the morning. After workout eat and feed my body with clean fresh vegetable and protein...so here I am reprogramming my brain and body. Let's see what happens...
