@pop_areeya : Squats...it's the only way to burn thigh fat and saggy butt that almost all women have. I got a mentor in the gym who kept telling me to go down deeper, lean into the bar to keep my back straight and most important - engage my core (suck my belly in), to save my back and strengthen my abs. To see results, she said, Do 5 sets (10X per set) 3 days a week... Today is my first day, and I'm committed to this.
