Eating Right and Eating Less are two completely different things. Once you know what to eat and when to eat it... It's ok to eat both Fat and Carbs at a generous portion many meals per day... Yummmm!! 3 Months transformation: 1) January 2) February 3) March 4) Today Life doesn't always give you what you want, but it will always give you what you deserve. The past three months as a part of #teamventura under the guidance of my Coach @omarv33 has been long and tiring. But at the same time it has been enlightening and very fruitful. I have learned a lot more about my body and the right nutrition it takes to best fuel it. Now working 3 TV shows, 5 Radio Shifts per week, owning 2 companies and helping out with family business meant a lot of time constraint. But in the end I'm a believer that if u want something enough... You can make things happen. Juggling life meant I was at the Gym in the afternoon at days, in the evening the next, at night on the weekends and sometimes at 2-3 o'clock in the morning. Now keeping to coach @omarv33 's plans was difficult but in life... No body is asking for perfection... As long as you give it your best, it's always good enough!! 3 Months have past and I'm extremely satisfied with the result and would like to take this opportunity to thank my coach @omarv33 for his guidance, thank all the members of #teamventura for the inspirations and thank #teamdjpoom for being my good friend through this life changing journey. Thank you ; -

มองผมที่เพิ่งจะไปทะลึงตัดมา มันก็สวยดีนะ เป็นงานศิลปะ งานฝีมือที่แปลกดี แต่ในเวลาเดี่ยวกันมันก็อาจไม่เหมาะสมกับบางสถานที่หรือหน้าที่การงานที่ทำอยู่ แต่ช่วงนี้เป็นวันหยุดก็คงเอามาโชว์ใด้นิดๆหน่อยๆไม่มีใครว่า ถ่ายรูปเก็บเอาไว้เป็นความทรงจำ จะว่าไปแล้วมันก็คงไม่ใด้แตกต่างอะไรไปมากกว่า ความรัก ความสุข ความทุกข์ ความเศร้า ทุกอย่างเข้ามาในชีวิต แต่มันอยู่กับเราตลอดไปไม่ใด้หรอก เหมือนผมทรงนี้ อีกไม่นานมันก็จะจางหายไป... เพราะฉนั้น เวลาที่เรามีความสุขก็จง appreciate มันแล้วใช้เวลานั้นให้คุ้มค่า ส่วนเวลาที่เราทุกข์ก็อย่าลืมบอกตัวเองว่าจงสู้ต่อไปเพราะอีกไม่นานการเวลาก็จะทำให้มันผ่านพ้นไปเอง สวัสดีปีใหม่ไทยครับ ขอให้ทุกมีความสุขกับชีวิตและก็มีกำลังใจต่อสู้กับความทุกข์เผื่อวันที่ดีข้ึนนะครับ #djpoomphilosophy ; -
