This Yogi @alikathrine has done so much more than hold me up! Ali and I have been friends for a few years now and she is always inspiring me to follow my dreams. Not just through her words but also through her actions. We haven't taken a REAL vacation in almost 3 years. Although we missed teaching while driving past the variety of Yoga studios here in Maui, it was a real treat to just be in the water with the kids all day.
