We haven't taken a REAL vacation in almost 3 years. Although we missed teaching while driving past the variety of Yoga studios here in Maui, it was a real treat to just be in the water with the kids all day. Day 3 Pose: Press Handstand You should be able to hold a handstand for at least 5-10 seconds already Open your hamstrings by prepping with a few standing forward folds and prep your core with some corework. Be sure to also warmup your wrists! Understand a hollow body shape by drawing navel in and up, ribs softly drawing together and towards the navel, with arms overhead With hands on the floor, keep arms straight, externally rotated and push the ground away Walk feet as close to hands as possible and voila! If flexibility is a problem, or if u wanna make it easier, have your feet higher on blocks or a ledge. Straddle (wide) is easier than legs together Day 3 Random Act of Love: RECEIVE LOVE – if someone thanks or compliments you, receive the gesture!
