If I could only do ONE exercise for the rest of my life, it would be the Russian #Kettlebell Swing. 🏻 | The Swing works your entire posterior chain (every muscle down your back side from the base of your neck to the bottom of your feet!), abs, hips etc... while building total body strength, power, balance and increasing muscular endurance - all in one piece of equipment. | Usually I do 100 swings with a heavy KB (24kg) followed by 10 Turkish Get-Ups with a lighter weight (16-20kg) | @philippekoo | @virginactivethailand | #simpleandsinister;
