I'm always appreciative when our yogi friends help us promote. We are so bad at making flyers and promoting things. Not to mention the weirdness revolving around self promotion in the yoga world...I personally know a number of LA yogis who look down on us Instagramers...but, no one has the right to judge. I respect where they are coming from but personally just happen to like connecting with all of you other yogis in the insta dimension. Nonetheless, we've dragged our kids around the world and worked our butts off doing what we love. So, thank you to all who continue to support us and believe in us. You are the reason why we are blessed with the opportunity to share our passion for yoga. To call it a 'World Tour' makes dice cringe and me feel like Beyoncé but,when I look at our schedule, I guess it is a world tour. Should I change my name to Bryonce? Next stops Hong Kong and beautiful PANAMA! Join us at YOGA ELEMENT, Dec 18-21. As we get older, we realize that the most important thing is to surround ourselves with good people. I spent many years in my teens and 20s figuring out the type of people I wanted to surround myself with. Through trial and error I think I'm finally starting to get it right. Dice and I both grew up in Los Angeles and I have always considered myself an American. But we are both so grateful that we were exposed to our Asian cultures from a young age (Dice is 1/2 Japanese and I am 1/2 Thai). So, although Los Angeles is home, we can't help but get excited when we travel to Asia! #PureYogaHong here we come!;

Every couple has inside jokes derived from the various situations they've experienced together....about four years ago Dice and I had a drunken night together in New York City that he barely remembers. However, I remember it well because I had one drink vs. his multiple bottles of Shoju which inspired him to blab until the break of dawn about the difference between women and men. We don't always agree and the hardest part is respecting each other's opinion...so sometimes we just label it 'male-female' and let it go! For those of you who have been to our workshops, trainings and retreats, you know what our banter is like and for that, we apologize :) we look forward to bringing our banter to Charlotte for the second time! It's so good to be home! Upon our return we got to eat tasty, organic radishes from our daughter's organic gardening plot at school. Can you believe she grew these, along with many other fruits and vegetable, all by herself? Amazing! I don't remember 4th grade being this cool! Times have changed! Would love to know of any other cool things your kids are doing at school these days! Please share ;); -

We were going to venture out today and enjoy this mild Frankfurt weather shooting yoga pics in our new favorite lines but, the whole gang is sick!
