Finally saw the 'New' Superman...and call me old school if you want but I liked the 80s version with Christopher Reeves way better. Mother and daughter. A team of photographer and make-up artist came over to our house to shoot a cover for The Secret magazine for their Mother's Day issue. This is our first cover together 👭; -
Mom fell down and hurt her right knee. Her nurse twisted her back trying to lessen the fall. Now I have two injured girls in the house. 😕;

Drinking bubbly in the park. While Alm's 3 year-old @littledivahongkong played in the jungle gym, we women had a picnic with cheese, chips and Prosecco. This is how we mature women have fun now. ; -
Backyard yoga session at home today. Our 90 min. Class ended with lots of sweating and fast heart beat. By the time we got to corpse pose, our practitioners feel into deep sleep and I didn't want to wake them up. So I went in and and prepared an orange, apple, ginger, pineapple and carrot juice for them. Welcome to our 2nd yoga class. Next session Wednesday at 7-8:30am. ; -
It's Mangkut season again...one of my favorite fruit. In Tokyo they sell one piece for 120 baht. So here in Thailand 20 baht for a kilo is a real steal. I bought 4 kilo and will be eating these tangy juicy sweet fruit for the next week. ; -
My menu for mom: Gluten-free pasta in a bed of garlic, onion, Japanese mushroom and broccoli spaghetti sauce...sorta like a farang version of "lad-na".; -
Got up at 6am, played tennis at 7. Had a jok breakfast, shower, did the laundry, mopped the floors and now about to prepare a pasta lunch for mom.... This is the first time 19 years that I have do a little manual labor, all my housekeeper left... And strangely enough I'm proud of my own efficiency to keep things in order and doing it with a smile of accomplishing thisfor the day.;
