Mom fell down and hurt her right knee. Her nurse twisted her back trying to lessen the fall. Now I have two injured girls in the house. 😕; -
Drinking bubbly in the park. While Alm's 3 year-old @littledivahongkong played in the jungle gym, we women had a picnic with cheese, chips and Prosecco. This is how we mature women have fun now. ; -
Backyard yoga session at home today. Our 90 min. Class ended with lots of sweating and fast heart beat. By the time we got to corpse pose, our practitioners feel into deep sleep and I didn't want to wake them up. So I went in and and prepared an orange, apple, ginger, pineapple and carrot juice for them. Welcome to our 2nd yoga class. Next session Wednesday at 7-8:30am. ; -
It's Mangkut season again...one of my favorite fruit. In Tokyo they sell one piece for 120 baht. So here in Thailand 20 baht for a kilo is a real steal. I bought 4 kilo and will be eating these tangy juicy sweet fruit for the next week. ; -
My menu for mom: Gluten-free pasta in a bed of garlic, onion, Japanese mushroom and broccoli spaghetti sauce...sorta like a farang version of "lad-na".;

Got up at 6am, played tennis at 7. Had a jok breakfast, shower, did the laundry, mopped the floors and now about to prepare a pasta lunch for mom.... This is the first time 19 years that I have do a little manual labor, all my housekeeper left... And strangely enough I'm proud of my own efficiency to keep things in order and doing it with a smile of accomplishing thisfor the day.; -
Dinner for mom - Garlic, black pepper with a dash of Himalayan salt lightly grilled salmon with a Caesar salad. Mom cleaned her plate ; -
Wha-la! Instant Salsa salad. Just add a bed of greens, corn chips, salsa and freshly grated Parmesan cheese (it has calcium, so it ain't all bad). Tangy, crunchy, creamy yumminess. @mshappydiet #delishdiet; -
Going Raw. Homemade Salsa Salad. My menu for mom: tomatoes, red onion, green onion, balsamic vinegar, lime, and olive oil. Throw in lots of green salad and a dash of love...; -
Lime me out! Love the sour tangy punch of lime juice. Drink it with water in the morning to alkaline your blood, or drink it with soda for a pick-me-up kick. When I saw it being sold for 1 baht each, unlike the 8 baht price in the supermarket, I bought 100s of them. Squeeze them in ice cube tray and drop them in all my drinks, and get my daily dose of Vitamin C too. #delishdiet @mshappydiet;

First official yoga class at home. My neighbors came knocking at my door and begged me to open a special class for her. Today was the first lesson at my house. Lots of sweating and laughter...come join us if you're in the neighborhood. Next class is Sunday at 4pm; -
Murphy's Law: every time I washed my car, it will rain ...what's up with that? I'm not washing my car again until after this monsoon season ends. ; -
Best fried rice ever...@jasberryrice. Taste great (secret ingredient ปราเค็ม) and very healthy too, with คันา, carrot, onion, garlic and crunchy ปราสลิด. Served with a squeeze of lime, green chilli and red onion...yum. @mshappydiet; -
