I ️ salad. This spicy, tangy, lemony noodle salad is fulfilling my taste bud requirements for yumminess. And eating this way has really helped me come back to my average weight after gaining 4kg during Songkran. I lost 3 kg in a week from eating fresh food and stop eating heavy meal in the evening. Also very important is drinking lots of water no alcohol, no beer , no wine and absolutely no soda or beverage from the convenient store. You gotta work... I've been anti-gym for a while, mostly lack of motivation and not having a workout buddy like Putt.
