@pop_areeya : The need for backbend. Almost everyone has back pain, shoulder and neck tightness. A good back bend help stretch the tight spot. Five deep breath in a mini camel on both side, pull the waist forward for a deeper opener and go into child pose. Do this if you are prone to sitting too long.
