This is what I did for my 34th birthday... DL 10 Pull up 10 Trx row 10 4 sets Push up 10 Chest dip 10 Get up 10 4sets Plank, Side plank (left and right ) boat hold, push up hold , hollow hold and squat hold /1 min Burpee & box jump x 34 reps ----THE END---; -
