Unfortunately, one of us lost their job unexpectedly and, due to this recent hardship, we have been struggling to make ends meet. Our senior cat, Madeline, was brought to the vet earlier this week for an exam and was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. The tests were costly and that alone was going to be challenging for us.
