He also was thrilled at the site of another pup, letting out excited howls to get their attention. Kevin was brought into The Animal Medical Center by the NYPD. They found him emaciated, weak, and suffering from severe mange. It was obvious he had been abandoned. HELP US SAVE KEVIN!
