Just found this here on IG and it's bothering me. A puppy is NOT something to be used as a prize in a giveaway. I've seen the rules for this giveaway and it just upsets me. A puppy is a lifetime commitment. A puppy is a living animal that will grow into a dog that will still need to be loved and cared for.
