Rub a dub dub Ginny is not enjoying her time in the tub ; -
This is a repost from @maximilentine on Chewy, the adorable dog who needed a lot of help after being used as a bait dog and being left at a shelter. --- "Hey guys! I'd promised I'd let you all know once I knew of a way to donate to helping Chewy. Let's all give a big thanks to Jennifer Lee Pryor of Pyror's Planet and Cheri Lucas of Second Chance at Love Humane Society for saving this boy. The top left picture is from when he first came to the shelter, the bottom right is after he was saved. However, he of course has medical issues due to be used as a bait dog. So far, he has been to one vet and is set to be seen by a specialist. There are TWO ways to donate and help Chewy: OPTION 1: You can directly send donations to jennifer@pryorsplanet.com. (This is all through PayPal, so you can do it through the PayPal app on your phone or computer and direct your donation to that email address. OPTION 2: Visit www.SecondChanceLove.org. There is a present icon towards the top left corner that says "Donate or sponsor a dog." This is how Ginny's fur has grown over the last few months. It's been over 4 months since Ginny had to have a few stitches after being attacked by another dog during a walk, and just over 3 months since those stitches came out. It won't be long now until she has her fully grown long and scruffy fur style back ; -
Big smiles from Ginny after another successful day of stick fetching, tennis ball destroying, treat eating and napping. Hope everyone had (or is having) a great day too!; -
It was really cold on our morning walk so Ginny went on a quick stick rescuing mission and then back home to refuel on bacon treats ;

Even though she couldn't find a muddy puddle to jump into Ginny had a great time chasing sticks on her walk. Ginny's confident she'll be able to find a muddy puddle to jump in tomorrow, and if she can't find one tomorrow she'll just go and dig in the garden instead. Ginny will always find a way to make a mess.; -
You may remember Joey, I posted about him a few days ago, he had been neglected and then left at a shelter. He was part of an investigation due to clear signs of severe neglection from his previous "owners", all he wanted was a home. Here's the good news, the amazing group Leave No Paws Behind (please check them out at www.leavenopawsbehind.org -- they do so much great work) will be picking Joey up tomorrow!
