We were tagged by our amazing friends @einstein_shihtzu and @philpush to do the Ice Bucket Challenge. Because of Ginny's stitches on her head (and because she would ignore me for the rest of the year if I poured cold water over her) she just drank a bowl of ice water after her walk instead... and then she had a bacontini because why not have a bacontini whenever you want? I went through the Ginny archive to find this old photo of Ginny and her BFF, Missi, out last summer cruising for some pigeons to bark at 😎 (They didn't find any pigeons that day but if I remember correctly they did bark at their own reflections in the car windows ); -

It's been raining for most of the day and as you can see Ginny is not impressed. She hates the rain as much as she hates low fat bacon treats. She did sit by the window earlier and bark at some birds outside, I think she was taunting them, but apart from that she's spent a lot of time on the sofa looking grumpy because of the weather today.; -
My chauffeur was too distracted by a cat to drive me home ; -
Ginny's had an itchy head all afternoon and it's been driving her crazy, but thanks to her stitches she can't scratch her head until they come out and that's not for another 8 days. So, as her inferior human I'm on head massage/itch duty. I got everywhere around her stitches and it instantly made her relax. I got you Ginny ; -
Ginny's working on tanning the new bald spot on her head now! She did consider barking at a pigeon on her walk but she decided to be kind and just give it some serious stink eye instead. She's definitely getting back to her usual sassy self So proud of her!; -
As a professional snuggler Ginny isn't being lazy sleeping here, she's actually hard at work testing out different snuggling techniques.;
