Every July we spend the month in Koh Samui, Thailand teaching our Fit Flow Fly 200 hour training. We meet new people, learn about their paths and bodies, and get the wonderful opportunity of being a part of their Yogic Journey. This year's group of yogis are all so open and passionate, talented and compassionate that our jobs are easy. This Yogi @alikathrine has done so much more than hold me up! Ali and I have been friends for a few years now and she is always inspiring me to follow my dreams. Not just through her words but also through her actions.
